Towards the Broad World - Salutation of Spring

Name of team, Salutation of Spring

Challenge which begins with saying 'Hi'

Among the four seasons within a year, the spring comes with flowers in full bloom and informs them that the four seasons pass. The warm air with the flowers blooming again also suggests that it is a new "start" for everyone. On the other hand, a greeting is the beginning of a new relationship between people and people, or between people and animals, objects, and places. Therefore, it was named to inform that everyone's spring will begin together by greeting the socially disadvantaged, who have not been physically challenged.

On May 2022, Salutation of Spring requested 'HUE' design team from Branksome Hall Asia in order to symbolize the identity of our team. EunJi Lee, the chief of team, received the several samples from the leader of 'HUE' design team, and she had a discussion with other members to decided to pick up the main logo of Salutation of Spring. Finally, on May 14th, our logo has confirmed.

The meaning of logo;

• Colour: being warm, love

• Circle with flowers: to encompass the more communities

• Two 'S's: Stands for Salutation of Spring

• Central circle: the concentration of our team; we endeavor to make the better world

우리의 팀, 봄의 인사

'안녕'이라는 말로 시작하는 우리의 도전

일년 안에 사계절 중, 봄이라는 계절은 만개한 꽃과 찾아와 사계절이 지나간다는 것을 알린다. 다시금 피어오르는 꽃들과 함께 따뜻해진 공기는 모두에게 새로운 ‘시작’이라는 것을 암시하기도 한다. 반면에, 인사라는 것은 사람과 사람사이, 혹은 사람과 동물, 물건, 장소에 대해서 새로운 관계의 시작이 된다. 따라서, 물리적으로 어려움을 겪지 못한 우리들이 사회적 약자들에게 손을 건네어 인사를 함으로써 모두의 봄은 같이 시작될 것임을 알리는 이름으로 지었다.

2022년 5월, 저희 봄의 인사는 저희 팀의 독자성을 추구하고자 브랭섬 홀 아시아의 '휴' 디자인 팀에 의뢰하였습니다. 저희 팀의 대표, 이은지는 디자인 팀의 리더로부터 몇 가지 로고 샘플을 받았고 팀원들과의 논의 끝에 하나의 로고를 정하였습니다. 마침내 5월 14일 저희 팀의 로고가 정식적으로 정했습니다.

로고의 의미;

• 색깔: 따스함과 사랑

• 꽃으로 된 원: 더 많은 커뮤니티를 아우르다

• 두 S: 봄의 인사의 약자

• 중앙의 원: 항상 더 나은 세계를 만들기 위해 집중하는 우리 팀의 정신
